A Whole New Level of Absurdity
According to a Mumbai Mirror article I read today, Ajmal Amir Kasab, the infamous terrorist captured alive during the 26/11 attacks, has been charged, apart from various other things, for entering the CST platform without a ticket. Yup you heard that right. He has been charged for ticketless travelling. I don't know if I should even comment on this level of absurdity. Oh what the heck. What ridiculousness is this? What sort of madness has struck the officials!? No, no, ticketless travelling? Seriously? And apparently if convicted, he faces either imprisonment of up to 6 months or a fine of up to Rs. 1000 or both. Ooooh scary huh? Idiots.

by the way... he didn't even take a luggage ticket for all his baggage which is used in the railway property... so should be charged with two ticketless travelling fines.. and a case of using comoditites witout license....
i'd suggest those CIA torture techniques daily twice.. till he gives up and dies due to the torture... (if ever done to him, I would love to have his Water board treatment vid on youtube_

I don't know if the concept of luggage ticket exists altogether..or does it?I thought there was only passenger ticket to concern with..?
I for one, would like to see the trial go through and he be hanged. The concept of unfair justice shouldn't be part of a democracy. That would be corporal punishment. Then what would be the difference between places like India and Iraq where the term "justice" is hazy.
